Sachin Prasad is Director Strategy, Asia Pacific, Mondelēz International. He is responsible to set the long term strategic direction, lead the analytics team to optimize the portfolio and pricing, and drive the inorganic agenda. Mondelēz International is a global snacking powerhouse and a world leader in chocolate, biscuits, gum, candy, coffee, and powdered beverages. In Asia Pacific, Mondelēz operates in over 14 countries in the region, creating delicious moments of joy with well-loved brands such as Oreo, Tiger Biskuat, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Stride, Tang, and Vegemite.
Prasad joins Mondelēz from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility since joining the company in 2006. In his most recent role he served as Senior Principal for their ASEAN organization where he covered the consumer goods and retail practice. Prior to his tenure at BCG, Prasad spent several years at P&G, where he worked in Corporate Finance in various regional and category roles.
Prasad holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Operations from India Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from The India Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
